Cover Reveal – The Christmas Calendar Girls by Samantha Tonge

  I love cover reveals.   I love Christmas.   Now I get to do both and reveal the cover for a wonderful new romantic comedy Christmas book by Samantha Tonge called The Christmas Calendar Girls.   Let’s just stop the anticipation and get to this already……       This is just gorgeous.  It’s a cover I would be immediately attracted to in the store and certainly pick up, and knowing me, it would be in my basket.  It is so Christmas!  I’m ready to get the decorations out, put on the carols, and warm up the mulled wine.

The Great Unexpected by Dan Mooney

When I started this book all I could think of was that the main character Joel reminded me of a cross between Ove (from A Man Called Ove) and Allan Karlsson (from the 100 Year Old Man Who Climbed Out the Window and Disappeared) and both of those guys I loved, I truly and deeply loved. Its easiest to just start out saying that I give this novel 5 stars.  It made me cry.   Yes, I cried. I don’t know what it is that has been happening to me lately, I used to be so tough with my reviews.
